Effective project management is the approach to ensure that NIS meets the business demands of our clients whilst achieving the defined results and goals – both in terms of quality, deadlines and results.
Nordic Insurance Software projects are driven by our
project managers in regards of timelines and resources, while
deliverables and quality is handled by our consultancy department.
All projects are handled in close coordination between these two
departments with a very clear role distinction between Project
Management and Consultancy.
Nordic Insurance Software projects consist of the following phases based on the project character and scope:
• Solution outline and analysis phase
• Development phase
• Implementation phase
• System, test, QA and training phase
• Post implementation and maintenance
Projects need not consist of all phases, i.e. development is not necessary in all projects. Based on our standard applications all setup of functionality may be handled through configuration in a implementation phase.
